Age 79, passed away Thursday October 5, 2017 at Loyola Medical Center, Maywood, Il with loving family by her side.
Janet is survived by her children; a son Jim (Crystal) Butler, daughters; Cindy (Bill) Spangler, Holly (Vern) Coop. Grandchildren; Bill (Frannie) Spangler, Frank Cisneros, Mike (Nicole) Messenger, Tracy Spangler, Marc (Diane) Butler, Anthony Rutten, Kasey, Rachel, and Emma Coop; 4 great – grandchildren Liam, Henly, and Willa Spangler, and Owen Butler. Sister Norma (Rick ) Wisdom, brother Michael (Sharon) Zbacnik, numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Precedeed in death by her husband Edward J. Butler, and sisters Rose Matuzewski, Ann Zbacnik, a brother Frank (Sue) Zbacnik, and her parents Frank and Rose Zbacnik.
Janet was a life long Cub’s fan, was loved by and truly loved caring for her family and grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew her.
A memorial service for Janet will be held Wednesday October 11, 2017 at 2 pm At the Woodlawn Funeral Home 3201 W. Jefferson Street Joliet, with Father Tom Cargo Officiating. Inurnment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park I. Family will receive friends on Wednesday October 11, 2017 at the funeral home from 12:00 pm – 2 pm.
